Please identify

We have recently moved into this house and would like to know what this tree is, we have three of them planted about 10' apart. The nearest we can find is the Indian Bean Tree although a gardener who was passing the house thought that they were a tree called 'Shantamula Tree' I think that's how yhou spell it. However we can find no reference to the shantamula tree anywhere please help if you can.
