Thanks,having small space really make you think,altough my hubby gets lots of the credit for the desigh part ;-).There'll be more wall baskets later in the summer,wherever i can fit them.

Yes, it's lovely. I think a small garden like this is a real challenge, especially if you love plants....but on the other hand it can be so private and cosy - a sanctuary in the city!

Well,we do have upstairs neighbours.We had a nightmare for few years with the last ones,there was no sanctuary :-(
Hope the new ones coming in will be better.

Oh no! I hope so too! we have lots of trampolines up against us and sometimes as many as 8 sreaming pre-adolescent girls on one at the same time! You should hear them! Mind you, some of their conversations are priceless!!

Our horrid former neighbours used to have some priceless fights...we were actually looking to move :-( luckily they moved first!
We're also on the edge of a park.Nice to have grass and trees instead of houses
on the other side of the road,but the kids(and their balls) can be a nuisance.

I know! We have a 'green' outside our front garden and it's become a football pitch for the local lads! I think the only solution is to move in to the countryside properly, but I can't see us moving from here for a while. Just have to stop being a cranky old woman and accept the young people need to let off steam! I think I prefer them to fighting adults!

I think i become a cranky old woman the second i see a kid with a ball :-)
Just to make it worse we're on a curve and they just LOVE kicking the ball there.Dangerous actually with the cars.

It can be worrying at times can't it? I guess we were exactly the same as children though, and now we have become the cranky adults that we had to deal with back then!! Oh dear!

I think i started complaining about 'kids today' before i even hit 20!
