I had my knee op on Fri 9th April and came home the same day. On Sat I couldn't wait to have a look at the garden. My gardener friend wouldn't let me go down the steps but brought some of the pots to me and then I spied this little one that had flowered for my homecoming. There were other new flowers too all in just one day.

I hope you'll be recovered fully soon. It must be very annoying not able to do anything in the garden when the weather is so nice.

Thks everyone. I've had my friend plant up some seeds this morning for me. I tried some deadheading but only for a short time because it sets my sciatica off.Hope I won't be on crutches too long.

Thanks for your get well messages I had the stitches out today and it's made a big difference so may get some gardening in later in the week. It's lovely to have the friends and support on this site.

Think that is part of the reason this site so special Gg,the support and humour is amazing and genuine, goyers truly are in a class of their own. Glad to hear the stitches are out and you have more mobility, the weather has been so good recently that everything in the garden is raring ahead now. Take it steady my friend, happy gardening :~))
