Yes, it looks great A. Mine is just starting to recover from the scarifying I gave it last thursday! I'm actually just starting to recover myself!! I love your garden and always love to see your pics!

Thanks all. Karen I borrowed a friends electric scarifier a couple of years ago, it removed everything!! So I stick to using my rake now but admit it's the job I like the least in the garden :-))

Ah, but look at it now annella! It's looking stunning. I always think that if your lawn doesn't look knackered after scarifying you haven't done it properly - and it lets all the air in! Mine is full of coarse grass which is horrible and I think tearing it to shreds twice a year helps to control it! Hand rake?? it took me 3 and a half hours with the machine!! lol! You must be superfit! :)))
