Did he realise what he was cutting down, or was it an accident ? !

He was not happy because he said it did not flower. It was a black dragon which takes about seven years before it flowers he was convinced it would never flower so when I was at work he cut it to the ground it was 6 years old! I went mad when I saw what he had done. The fact that it had 6 flowers the previous year did not seem to count! He won't do it again........ or I might prune him!
