We've been very warm for this time of year, green up is a week early, break up two weeks early. Still chance of frost at night, but about 15C in the day. Its wonderful. Under some rain right now, but we needed the water badly.

Thanks for that, we too have rain at the present time and I was glad to see it( just put "weed and feed" on the lawn. :0)))
