Thank you - he was from a charity shop over here and I paid 3.00 Euros ! I already had another one similiar so I couldnt resist him.

He was damaged on the bottom but I just put plaster of paris (not sure if Ive spelt that right !) on his toes and gave him a good paint all over with a sponge and acrylic paint and he now looks fab. I love putting different ornaments around the garden - it adds a bit of glamour. Thank you for your lovely comments - this is a wonderful website.
