Hoya carnosa in flower (in conservatory)
It is so easy to propagate: cut off stems, put them in water, and soon roots will develop.

Hi Catfinch,
Well, this plant is growing in our conservatory, it is warmed throughout the winter (as a matter of fact, it is part of our living space), so it doesn't need protection. I think it is a very strong plant, perhaps it can stand minor frost. I have never grown it outdoors, will do so perhaps next year...

PS. We're in London at the moment, I will post more photos from gardens and plants in a couple of days ;-) We had the chance to visit projects from the Capital Growth Open gardens Day... like gardening in skips, ...

Does it get cool where you are? do these need lots of protection from the cooler elements?
