This is why I don't do mail order!!
This was supposed to be the white form of Sollya Heterophylla, but as we can all see is blue!!
E-mail & photos sent, so we'll see what happens.

It was a birthday present from Sue, & the reply was "no problem, we'll send the correct one ASAP". When it turns up I may name them as they've handled it really well in our opinion. We all make mistakes from time to time, & a true measure of customer care is how you rectify these mistakes.
