Aren't they Bernieh.....the one in the foreground is visited by a Songthrush who sits high on the top bare branch singing his head off!

Fantastic form on them PG. The miserable, old co....sorry, the lady next door has a large oak where our squirrel friends reside. It is also visited daily by starlings, doves, blackbirds, tits, sparrows and countless others...crows and magpies!

Magnificent trees and far nicer than the person who's garden our Mighty Oak sits in!!! Oops, did I say that out loud? lol!!

LOL OB.... :o)).......you don't get on then!!!

There are so many trees here, lots are Oaks, all are old I think, very little new planting has happened for years. But some of them display the characteristics, the bare branches, of Ancient trees. Gosh, if they could talk, what tales they would have to tell!
