Ceanothus cascade ?

Not 100% sure if it is cascade. low growing less than 2 feet tall about 4 feet across. Don't know if I'm happy with tis plant or not!

Mine is a bit of an odd shape and is in the wrong place so I'm thinking of taking it out it or moving it, I’m really not sure.

It is beautiful and so healthy looking. Many are saying they lost theirs this year because of the weather. Could you think of pruning it to the right shape maybe instead of moving it as it is obviously at home where it is.
