Ive got no problems with the seeds or plants. Its just that is common knowledge that a majority of countries are not allowed imports of seeds due to disease to other plants /trees etc.
But i could look up to see where you can buy these from.
I have just tried abou 6 companies and none of them can help you out.A few of them asked where you lived and were concerned about sending the seeds abroad .The way it came across they were worried about being fined.

Is there any companies in your country where you live ?

All you have to do is type in Allium in the search engine and it should come up with a company that will sell them to you
