Hi Linduffolk many thanks for all you lovely comments, I have never tried cuttings from the bottle brush plant, yet !!!!! but shall have a go. is it best to give this one a hair cut after flowering or wait until next year to let it settle in ( just planted it 2 days ago ) best regards trev

These are lovely Trev arn't they. I have a huge bush and it looked absolutely beautiful last year. You can see it on my photos. Iam going to give it a bit of a haircut again this year after it has flowered. It did really well last time I trimmed it. Maybe I will have a go at trying some cuttings aswell. I have also been told that you can bake the seeds and plant these aswell. Have you ever tried cuttings Trev?
