mmmm.... the birds (especially robins) like to hop around in the greenery...when they find a berry they peck away enthusiastically!

I just planted ten babies of this that I grew from seed this year......yum yum!

I have such a lovely carpet of these that I have to rip some of them out...noticed evidence that the birds are spreading the seed...lol.

I can't claim any credit, Karen. the little things were just a few plugs with mostly roots and no sprout...I planted about six plants (not kidding) and they have spread across the garden like a wave. a true beauty of nature.
