Marguerites grow wild - I dig them out of the flower beds and plant them in clumps elsewhere in the garden - I like a bit of wilderness.

Sorry to hear that, Greenthumb. Not sure exactly what variety we have, but we had a whole field of them at one time, and now they spread from bed to bed, into the grass... I love them, hubby hates them...

LOL. The ox-eye daisy here is an invasive weed, but the shasta is still persistent, but not so invasive. This looks like shasta to me. I love them.

Thanks for the ID, greenthumb - I just call them daisies, they are probably not marguerites... Take a look at the new photo of the bed of them.

Lovely and clean. I tried to bring them in last year, told they would stay. But alas, no sign this year.
