great,i am useless at growing these,whats your secret.

Mine are pathetic, short and only a few buds, even the slugs have ignored them !

I don`t really have a secret... i put grit around the shoots early spring & give them some phostrogen plant food when the buds appear & cross my fingers !

I had delphiniun only once in my garden,I had a sort of forgotten them I will certainly grow some.Th anks for reminding me.

glad you are going to grow more delphiniums Camilla as they are so lovely...
