Clematis

What a beautiful flower and color, and I love the contrast with the green! Very vibrant!

Thanks Raquel... I've been learning more about clematis and this one is one of my newer ones called Warsaw Nike.... I have two late season blossomers in a large pot on my deck...if we are moving I don't want them to suffer transplant shock twice in one season... One is a scented white that comes from a goY friend in the US..the other is a tangutica that I just bought....yellow flowers interesting seed heads... A third called General Sikorski is in a pot of it's own. and the other two are blooming but not as generously as the nike...C.Gillian Blades, and Rosemoor. Climbers add dimension. I need to get busy and make some taller arbours...lol.

I had never heard of clematis until I joined GoY...will have to try them someday!
