Hi Doddy, been looking at your pics. & you seem to have done well from seeing your first pic.to this last one. It will take a bit of time but be patient, once what you have planted gets going it will give you some colour maybe put a few shrubs in containers gives a bit of height. Also, join a gardening club where you meet other people like yourself, swap or buy little cheap plants. See if there's a Hardy Plant Society in your area, they are great. Meet once a month, have a chat, cup of coffee & usually someone does a talk or slideshow.
