Karen showed us a photo of hers - and I tracked one down, because I already have the white version and love it.

Yes! I couldn't believe my eyes when I went to cut some sweet peas fromthe obelisk it's sharing with them!
My 'Alba Luxurians' is wandering around off its support and amongst the other plants...tsk tsk...but no sign of flowers yet....I 'think' it flowered around the end of July last year.

neither of mine have any sign of flowers, but they are in quite a shady area, so tend to be a bit later. Great that you have flowers now though

Yours must be nearly there...after all this warm weather??

they are both in a shadier spot to the rest of the garden, so a little bit slower than the rest. I did notice that my chocolate scented clem 'Jan Fopma' has started to bloom though :))))))))

Chocolate? Have you got the Cosmos too? lol.

yes I can't say that it's very strong though. I do grow the Cosmos, but didn't get any this year

They're certainly not hardy, are they. I just buy a token plant and think of it as an annual now. I haven't got space to grow 'everything' from seed.

I will grow them next year, I do like the colour of them

Do you get seeds?

choc cosmos are tubers Spritz, but if you buy them bare root they work out a lot less expensive. In the past I've just left them in and lost them mostly, but I will treat them like dahlias next time

Ah! Thanks - I live and learn. :-) I might well lift mine this year, in that case.
