The red and white pom-poms sticking from the top are a trailing Pelargonium - cultivar I can't remember.

The next mass down is a purple Bacopa, which has frilled it's way around the top niceley.

All of the rest is 24 trailing lobelias plugged in through the slots in the side of the chimney pot.

I'll take an updated picture today if I get a chance - this picture was from a month ago.
