PRIMULA capitata ssp.mooreana Salvana

I bought exactly the same plant the other day, but mine has very tiny flowers. Maybe because it is still in a little pot. I noticed the young leaves are covered with white powder-like thing, like yours. I thought the white thing was a bug/disease or something, but I don't know. Hope nothing is wrong with it.

I dont think its anything to worry about Tmoo , the new leaves on mine are the same and mine seems very healthy, as for the tiny buds they mature quite quickly before the flower opens. Try repotting to a larger pot or plant in the ground.
