I have had this Banana for Four days. Any ideas on caring for it would be very welcome.

It looks like Ensete Maurellii. Its a relative of the banana. It grows really fast. Keep it in a bright area indoors if you want it to grow like a houseplant. If you want it to go dormant, you can put it in a cool place that is about 50 degrees. Be sure not to over water and watch for spider mites which are a major pest for banana plants. Its a beautiful plant. I've seen some that get several feet tall in one growing season, with huge leaves.
