I don't hang about cinders, raining, hubby watching racing and me sat here on GOY. lol

We haven't got rain, its a bit muggy, but there is a little breeze thank goodness.

I think the last sizeable drop of rain must have been nearly a week ago during the night, because my water butt filled up, but it didnt go down far and everywhere is still very dry. My grass is brown and I haven't mowed for six weeks or more. Have to water every night, the pots at any rate.

had that much rain here cinders, all three lawns are desperate for cutting and every night we say we will do the lawns in the morning and get up to rain,can't believe you have not cut the lawn for 6 weeks.

lovely fuchsias Cinderella. I used to belong to the Leicester Fuchsia Society and had so many of them I was overwhelmed especially trying to overwinter them! Now I just have a few, swingtime is my favourite one ;-)

O dear, well we could do with some of it here. We have our village Flower Show on Saturday, so hope we don't get any for that, but otherwise we wouldnt mind it.

Thanks Richard, I do have a few this year, one or two new ones from cuttings that I have received, but don't know the names of. I haven't got Swingtime, but I know that it is a nice one. I am hoping that I will be able to overwinter them in my little unheated greenhouse if I wrap them up well. I really don't have a lot of room indoors as all windowsills are taken up with Streptocarpus and Orchids.
