The corms on these tow plants have multiplied and have completely filled the pots.

Bonanza...! Why don't you try to take a few corms and plant them beneath your ferns in the fern bed? Worth a try do you think?

Probably not..but since you're only risking a few corms you will find out if you can use them as a perennial or an annual.
