Tiny Moth

At a guess I`d say its a moth Shirley....

It's very, very small and shouldn't have been around in the daylight ! I'll look in my Wildllife book next.

I'm the same bloomer. I don't like em in the house, they flutter toward your eyes like those horrible daddy long-legs yeuch, now there's an insect I just cannot stand to be around!!....and soon it will be time for them to start coming indoors.....eeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!

I agress with you, Karen, crane flies and spiders are about the only insects I panic over ! My son always remembers coming in late from a party, many moons ago, finding a cup on the kitchen floor, my method of containing a large spider, he did put it outdoors for me though ! Just the memory of it makes me shudder.

Spiders....not a problem...I just suck em up with the dyson!! Crane flies.....they really make me shudder!

I don't like Daddy long legs either.We had family come to stay when I was a child living in Cumbria,and Mum had just made a buffet supper,when one of these flew in,and with me in a panic,she stood on the end of the table to catch it...forgetting she had pulled the extending leaf out.......oops,table upended,and all the food slid on the floor!!!....Me? I made a hasty exit to bed,without supper..
but bless her,she caught it.Lol. and so did I in the morning..only verbally hough.Lol.

Sounds like something out of a sit-com !
