Yes, it is. We have (had) frogs in it, a lot of newts, and lots of other creepy-crawlies swimming in and flying over it, of which I don't know the English name.

Yes, those too! Lots of them...
I knew thàt name.
But Philip (my husband) knows all those names well, sometimes even better in English than in Dutch.
He has an English mother, and so got an English upbringing, especially his years as a small child, when she didn't speak any Dutch yet. But at school we didn't learn all those names in English.

Maybe, Hilda, Skater, Dragonfly, Damselfly or water boatman !! then. Lol.
