Bottom of the steps going down the hill. Ornamental basil,
crested iris, cordalis lutea. The 3 holes are for where I plant my garden waste along with my garbage. It's what I call composting.
I have taken this ornamental basil out of my garden as it is so invasive. I now have it growing everywhere and am pulling out plants every day.
