Unknown plant in Bali on hols last year

No idea what it is, but it looks fantastic!

it looks like a dancing girl with he skirt blowing up... really pretty

Very unusual...is it one of those really smelly things?....Like they have at the Eden Project, the one that only flowers rarely I think its called something like a Titan lily?

I don't know what it was it was growing all alone on some waste land.I'm going to Bali again soon i'll see what other unusual plants i can find!!
