Are you staying in same region Lori? or is it a "long way away" move?

Looks like it well be a Long Way Away... to a higher elevation (at sea level at present) and farther into the heartland of the province where it is very cold in winter.
Call me crazy...

Mine either! My husband is an amateur astronomer and he has a very fancy telescope he wants to see the full potential of...so therefore we need dark skies.
The temps are just part of the package here in Ontario... We have four very distinct seasons.

and you can see so much more when not in built up areas! Its amazing. We went to Cornwall a year ago and stayed in cottage on a farm. I had a stiff neck looking at the night sky..can hardly see a star where I live in Bristol.
