With slight adaptions, - less tomatoes and more apples, and a handful of chopped walnuts

Tasted good when I licked the spoon ! Tomorrow I am going to make Piccalilli using the recipe off River Cottage programme. Have done all the veg ready, and it has all been salted, just have to make the sauce tomorrow.

I thought about making piccalilli this week, but the only thing is when the mustard sauce goes in I have to go out in the garden as I am allergic to it when its cooking,we normally make it every year but my OH has to finish it off,

Thanks everyone. It does taste good. The house smells of chutney now, probably will for days ! Still its not a bad smell.

It looks brilliant, sorry about the sugar, I have sorted it now with the help of Whistonlass so its now correct, it looks tasty.
