houseplant gone mad no2

The pot is soooo small we are scared to move this into a larger pot as it is doing so well.It must be all root in the pot now.If anyone could advise it would be much appreciated.I do not want to loose the plant as it is happy where it is.:)))))

looks like it could do with re potting to me mark, it should be O.K.
