Before the tidy up

This border has contiually been a source of nuisance because the plants keep creeping over the pathway. To stop this happening we have built up a small edge and anything which escapes on to the path in future will be ruthlessly cut back. This is day 1 of our journey to an easier to maintain garden.

Thank you. The primroses are already flowering there and lots of bulbs on the way. I will post if anything interesting happens. Great thing about this site is that you can log your progress year on year without having to worry about losing it.

I can see one in the distance, will look wonderful i know it will, will look forward to the progress. Yes you can log it all, I keep my photos in albums on pc too.

I do do that too 6p. When I buy something new nowadays I scan the label both sides and add it to my plant catalogue. It gets a bit much though trying to keep track of what happened to a plant at this time last year and the year before whereas it is all here at the touch of a button.
