looks gorgeous Meadowland - lovely planting around to fill around the edges and the astilbes look great - they like the moist soils

have you had trouble with pond weed meadow this year, i have had a nightmare with it and tried allsorts to shift it, green stringy stuff, awfull, yours looks so clear :o)

i have got starw now but maybe its not big enough for size of my pond, its helped but that maybe because winter here, time will tell, i love the planting around yours, i have alot of cobbles so cant plant close to waters edge, may rethink mine next year :o))
