Just put all the orchids that are in bloom in the office and took this quick snap to share.
Plus, there are another eight producing flower spikes. The Cymbidium should bloom in the next few days hopefully....

brilliant M, what environment do you keep your orchids in ?
I should have left my Oncidium in the conservatory but thought this winter was way too cold for it so put it in the bathroom. It produced a flower spike 3 weeks ago but has since completely dried off, too warm & dry I think despite judiscious watering & misting. The pleione are on the move so looking forward to those.

Thanks Alexandra and Bampy!
They're mostly in the spare room, although they get moved around into cooler rooms if they're not up to much.
My Pleione are doing their stuff now - first time that I've tried them.

what pleione have you got Meanie ? My P.Formosana are in bud about 4cm high, always an exciting time for me. Proves I got the summer growing bit right or they would'nt be in bud now.

Ahh!! excellent starter pleione Meanie. A species which has provided a myriad of hybrids although I have to say this one has challenged me for years. Frustrating as eveyone tells you it's the 'easiest'. Always worth the effort though.
Hope to see a photo or two when they flower.
