This is a bushy upright growing shrub. Eventual height approximately 2.5m x 2.5m. It is deciduous and is smothered in flowers before it gets clothed in foliage. The flowers are red in the bud stage but open to a lovely white in March /April. Autumn foliage is quite brilliant.

Thank you Sticki. I bought it for my daughter and found there were actually three trunks in the pot so we managed to find space in her garden for two of them and I was given this one to plant in my garden. I have seen your Pieris. It is lovely. We need a HOPE slot in the A -Z where all these could be viewed together.
