Yes I suspect it was the frost. Some of it broke away last year, but its worse now, so a new pot will have to be bought methinks.

I shall replant them and divide them up after flowering, so not for a few months yet.

Yes its a shame, but the pot is quite old now. They don't last for ever do they.

these look great, how big do they grow?

About 6 - 8 inches I would think, then the flowers come up. I'll put another picture on tomorrow to show you what they are like now.
