That's strange. It should flower every year like mine - in fact twice a year sometimes.

I keep it quite dry through the winter.and only start to water it when the buds are showing.

But I have just seen in a comment that yours has orange flowers. Then maybe it isn't the same as mine. Mine has bright pink flowers.
