This one turned up out of nowhere last year and has returned again.
Not that I dislike it, I just never bought it!

Kasy - my cat doesn't allow squirrels in!!!
Homebird - this is in with my "Queen of the Night". Somebody has suggested that it's an offset bulb that may have reverted back to one of the parent genes.

Ususally I would agree, but this clump came out of a pot that I bought with me when I moved.
Queen of the Night is my favourite Tulip.

I bought some loose Lillies last year - they were nothing like what I "bought"!

yes some named varieties do revert to a parent gene with seed/offsets, even so it's still nice and unusual.
