My poor greenhouse in the snow April '08 [blog photo]

I think the apple tree may have been growing in the garden before the garage was extended, it has grown towards/over the greenhouse and apples have dropped onto the greenhouse, breaking the glass. High winds during the last few years have compounded the damage.
With the help of my son the apple tree has been 'tamed' ..... we have reduced its height so that fruit-picking is easier and pruned back the branches which extended over the greenhouse.
