Planted in October - one of 3 (of the original 10 planted!) to survive the pretty severe winter!

thanx skip, I luv these plants, don't always succeed - but hey, that's gardening! they remind me of peonies, but last much longer. I've planted some very dark red ones which have just started sprouting.....watch this space!! :-)
ps - I obviously had a freebie - there's a poppy trying to grow up thru them!!
