I don't have very good luck with roses here in northern Minnesota, but in the UK there are very many beautiful ones, as I remember from my trips there.

It's been a good year for them, by all accounts

Ah, i was just thinking that was a song and trying to remember who sang it - Elvis Costello, like the song, love the rose. :-D

A good year for the Roses, but a better year for Black Magic, or Hob Nobs !

That's what I thought of Irish...EC. We're going to see him in concert on 7/14 along with The Police. I'll be fun, can't wait!
