its my first yr trying to use the p tunel so its trial an error im realy trying to grow melons thy look ok but u never no so any adv welcome im looking forward to trying my curly kale its doing realy well the great thing about the pt is your seeds come up twice as quick iv had shed loads of salad an its onlymay so im realy pleased with that i put some sprouts in a week ago an theres life there already

It all seems to be doing brilliant, and everything looks lovely and healthy. I had a Greenhouse some years ago that my hubby made, it was a wooden frame covered in plastic, and my tomatoes had stems so thick,and my cucumbers went halfway around it, we had so many we had to give them away. My neighbour was so envious , he had a really lovely greenhouse and his tomatoes and cucumbers were not a patch on mine. They definately beat a glass one.

iv tryd to get most things in raised beds becaus the soil had been robed out years ago iv only got about 12 inches of soil and its very clay iv had topsoil put on and loads of manure but its not enough its going to take yrs to reclaim enough soil so iv put lots of raised beds in thats one of the reasons iv got a ploytunel i put loads of compost down if u look at my alotment its realy low compared to everyone elses but im just glad i got one
