I`ve found it in my magic book lol, it is viburnam opulus Sterile, same family, theres loads so had to go by leaf shape. I have the same in the dog run in back garden but it gets spoilt every year by blackfly......

We had a lovely great big tree when we moved here and it was beautiful, but the next year it had this soot like disease, it was awful, so we gave it a bit longer to see what happened but it never seemed to get rid of it, so we chopped it down.
