I think this is an Erysimum (perennial wallflower) - 'Bowles mauve' You can easily take cuttings of these in the late summer to give you new plants next spring.

I have not done that so far but I am tempted to try this year.

You could try what I have done to a couple of straggly ones in my garden this week, I have cut off all the flowers/seedy stems and the very old bits and given them a good feed. But I will replace them next spring with this years cuttings.
To replace them - late summer I will find stems that are not flowering about 3-4inches long, remove the lower leaves and push into potting compost overwinter them in the green house dont let them dry out but dont over water during the nongrowing season.. They take very easily and make lovely new plants, I take 10 cuttings and expect at 6-7 good plants.
