3 month old Bracken the Border terrier guards my seedlings in the cold frame. Makes a change from eating them!

He looks cute but at three months, am sure he is a handful! Our neighbours have a border terrier, now a year old but she's still really naughty. She gets into everything while they are out gardening ha ha, it's hilarious hearing them shouting at her. She likes to jump up on them and will bite anything they are holding. We have two mini doxies and while our big one is an angel, the younger one has to sniff and eat everything. The problem is she then gets a runny bottom. But that's dogs for you!

Too true! Bracken watches me pulling out weeds and then tries to 'help' by pulling them out too. Unfortunately 9 times out of 10 he gets the plants! He's also found out that plants in pots come out really easily - he thinks that's great fun. He's killed some Carex and some Lamium so far, and had a good chew on just about everything else!
