Rosa 'rhapsody in blue'

Ooooooer I can't wait, so looking forward to my roses coming out. It is so so exciting waiting for them to bloom, so pleased I put some in. I love this one. Rosa De-Rescht has just broken its bud today, and the perfume is to die for. Hope the wind doesn't keep blowing like it has this weekend, it will spoil all the flowers if it keeps it up. Rhapsody in Blue is nowhere near as far on as this, only tiny buds so far. I know I know I am impatient. lol. think the lack of rain has delayed things in the garden, we have had about 1/4" since end of February, rain forecast for this week though. XXXXX everything is XXXXXX (not too much though) It is raining all around us but not on my garden.

lol...Lets hope you get the rain you need Olive...We have had very high wind for more than 2 weeks, it has eased a bit...My hardy geraniums have been flattened by it, the wind is very drying for plants, isnt it?.
I'll check out Rosa De-Rescht, i've never heard of that one...i do like a good scent...:>)

Thanks for the rain wishes Motti, it has drizzled a bit this morning, and now it is just grey skies no rain to call anything though.

Thanks Motinot - don't think the rain gods were listening though!! It does look more like we could get some rain, very grey skies out there and quite blustery, maybe if the wind would drop it would rain, it seems to be blowing it all away at the moment.
