This rose can grow over six feet tall in ideal conditions. Mine is growing on a clay soil in quite a shady corner but still manages a good display of flowers

I don't have much sense of smell but can still detect something so it must be quite good.
I have 'the Book of Old Roses' by Trevor Griffiths published in the early eighties. He ran a rose nursery in NZ - is it still there?
