Veg Bed 2011

This year Ive got it going early. Here the view is looking South. The bed is spilt in three. Nearest to us the left row is onions. The green mesh is the pea support. Then just visible is anoth onion row. Still to go in is a short row of french beans.
The middle of the bed contains two rows of potatoes - planted 3 weeks apart. The variety is International Kidney. Athe the left in the middle is a row of parsnip.

The far bed are cabbages - nothing to see on this photo, but just wait!
