Hydrangea petiolaris

Hydrangea petiolaris

Just for my catalogue. This arrived in the post today. These take a little while to establish but then they grow quickly. It will fill a bare spot in a shady part of my fence, just outside the shed.

Yes, they are slow to get their feet down aren't they. I shall have to be patient....aye, that'll be right! ;)) no patience whatsoever!!

I have three of these in the garden and one has been blown off the wall with the high winds we have had. I shall plant cuttings in the cold frame and see if they take off.
