My little mini, just gives and gives. Probably two more months of this. I love it!

Much like the doubles. From what I have found, the mini is what sets it apart for spreading and not losing bloom like this. But I think I got it a wrong pot, might transplant it again. This pot is a little deep.

do you mean that it is too deep, as they like to be a little snug and rootbound....? I found that that is the contradiction of violets...they like to be snug but become very leggy, very quickly. I'm always topping up the soil and have to repot frequently. don't know what's happened to my miniatures...one is blooming but the rest seem stalled...

They dont need anything deeper than 4 inches. This trailer just gets wider, but this pot is 6inch as it seems to be whimping out of me. Most do need the new shoots removed and a repot to get the soil up the the throat again....lol. This miniature is real low maintenance, just needs old leaves removed so the new shoot have space to grow. I've gave them a drought to start a flowering now and then. Let them dry. The stress is some kind of season stimulant.

Thank you Preeti. It is really a treasure of mine, much more mature now. I hope to see blooms starting again in a few months from now. :-)
